Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original box and use the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to secure your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our scent experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
